Startup Spotlight: Alloy

We ❤️ no-code here at Talkin' SaaSy. We ❤️ automation here at Talkin' SaaSy. So it's no surprise that when we read about Alloy Automation we were immediately a fan.

The e-commerce ecosystem has matured rapidly over the last 10 years. The evolution of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and BigCommerce has sparked a massive wave of e-commerce entrepreneurship. Fresh out of Y Combinator's 2020 batch, Alloy Automation brings a no-code automation platform to help shop owners that are building on these platforms, build beautiful and sleek automation that powers their business. No coding skills required.

Alloy takes data from the existing APIs from the top e-commerce platforms and enables its users to use those data points in a drag and drop UX to build automated workflows for marketing triggers, customer rewards programs, order fulfillment, and much much more. If Shopify enabled the e-commerce entrepreneur, then Alloy is turning them into a one person army.

The reason we are so bullish on Alloy is it combines two really empowering tools into an easy to use customer experience, Automation and no-code. Typically, e-commerce founders aren't extremely technical and the majority of them are SMBs so they don't have the resources to hire developers to build automation tools and integrate it into their platform. Using Alloy, anyone can build these works flows, set the triggers to the data that matters most to their business.

Co-Founders Sara Du and Gregg Mojica have backgrounds in engineering and product and it shows in how sleek and smooth Alloy is to use.
